By attending, you grant GEOPAQ the right to use any photos, videos, or recordings in which you may appear, for promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability:

GEOPAQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, registration system, or participation in the event.
GEOPAQ is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

6. Force Majeure:

GEOPAQ will not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.
